Sharing an article from Alive magazine:

Impressive eh? Can actually see the results working almost immediately. Almost.

I'm listing this in my next groceries shopping list. Mix it with some celery and berries. Hopefully will help The Husband's BP.

Having high BP is no fun.
Please make some effort if your loved ones has high BP. No harm trying natural ways.

Did you notice that recently there is a milk powder ad running on how much sugar is in our milk powder? One of the ingredient they highlighted was corn syrup, if not mistaken.

And I was thinking, whoa they'd do anything just to promote their new milk products.. so what happens to those who drank the existing ones? Dead?

But wait.. I then came across an article focusing on how nasty corn syrup can be. We're talking about chemicals here..

Caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, alpha-amylase, gluco-amylase, isomerase, filter aid, powdered carbon, calcium chloride and magnesium sulfate.

Annnd, to create corn syrup, you need an ingredient called Hydrochloric acid, which has traces of mercury! We all know how harmful is mercury, right?!?!
Potential link to brain damage, heart disease..

I say.. start reading labels! For our health..
