Usually on Wednesday nights, The Fiance would be nagging me what to eat for dinner. You must eat! Don't starve *bla bla bla*
If I may be honest, I really just want some light broth or fruit juice. Well I have the whole night to myself, I'd love not having to cook or have something that would potentially make me bloat. Its not gonna happen.. The Fiance believes in real solid food, sigh.
So on random Wed evening, sometimes he would buy these for me.
And I usually won't complain lol. In fact I love these! Dumpling and "chai kueh" (filled with savoury mengkuang).
So what about having a heavy meal and feel bloated afterwards?
Easy - wash it down with a cup of vinegar drink. :)
Burrrrps....
Whoopsie, another miracle cleansing product?
This is a freebie from a magazine purchase. Since it says that it works in 8 hours time, I'm assuming this is a laxative. So better test it on a weekend hehe.
The sachet contains 10g of products.
Advised to mix with cold water, and best taken on an empty stomach.
I used this with my favourite shaker, mixed it with plain water.
Green in colour, and smells fruity. A little sweet, but nothing intolerable.
I couldn't find any info from their website, all they have was on FirmUp. I checked their Facebook page, and yep - it is a laxative. Inner D'Tox is just a fancy name.. like makeup :P We all know constipation causes dull skin, headache and all sorts of problem. And that eating sufficient veggies and fruits is the best way to fix this. But yada yada, how many actually eat healthy?
This is my 5th hour and nothing happened haha. I don't have chronic constipation, so I don't know what to expect from this...
I'm probably not going to purchase this, as I read too much laxative products screws your natural bowel movements..
They have a trial pack of 7's at RM38, and value pack of 28's at RM96.
Two weeks back, a friend casually came up to my desk; asking if I was busy. And being my usual self - I was, very! But I thought she sounded a lil not so herself. So I stopped my work a mo, and asked what was going on.
She earlier went for a checkup.. and found a 7cm growth some where near the womb? Or the F tubes?
I froze for a moment.. and after our conversation, I can't help but to wonder - life is so fragile. Out of a sudden.. no pain no nothing, you detect some growth or funny tumors in you.
I knew how risky it could be.. it could be cancer! And my dad had cancer, he lost the battle.
Nah my friend got a second opinion and was hoping her next menstruation would flush it out. But I am wondering... what am I doing to prevent this from happening?
My lifestyle, needs a revamp. I need quality sleep, quality food, and exercise.
I could start with getting back to my juicing habits.
Here is one of my so called anti cancer juice.
I usually have 3 glasses, and varies them by adding either vinegar, raspberry syrup or honey.
Ingredients:
- Brocolli
- Cucumber
- Celery
- Tomato
- Carrot
- Papaya
-
Juvo 1 scoop
- Collagen 1 tsp
The original mix of the above is somewhat bland and sweet. So some may not like the taste.
Try it with some vinegar, raspberry syrup or Ribena :)
What do I do when I feel really lazy, tired and moodless?
Lie on the couch and play Doodle Jewels of course...
And then drag my ass to the kitchen and blend something healthy for myself.
I've been eating alot of crap lately, that explains the lethargic feeling..
So this is what I've been drinking for the past 2-3 nights:
